Shipping Policy

Shipping Method & Timeframe

During our Test Phase, all orders are shipped via express delivery (FedEx/DHL) from our global hub in Bangkok, Thailand. Standard delivery takes 3-5 days for most locations. You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Delivery Times by Region

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

• South Korea: 3-5 business days
• United States: 5-7 business days
• Singapore: 2-3 business days
• Other regions: 5-10 business days

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us immediately at hello@gauge-golf.com if you experience any shipping issues.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. GAUGE Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
