30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all GAUGE Golf products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Exoskeleton Glove or Auto-Grip, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in unused or lightly used condition with all original packaging.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or lightly used, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on products that show excessive wear, damage, or have been modified.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at hello@gauge-golf.com. We will provide you with instructions for the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
